President’s Reception

We invite our Sponsors to join the President and Chairman, in the afternoon, for a drink and a bite to eat in the convivial surroundings of the Hospitality Marquee, situated next to the main ring. We appreciate that for many of our sponsors, Showday is a very busy time but we hope this gathering is an opportunity to meet other Sponsors, Show Guests and the organisers whilst taking refreshment and perhaps watching the attractions in the main ring.

Corporate Sponsors

To encourage and thank Platinum sponsors who donate £1,000 or more, we are offering a special package where you will be able to entertain and thank your special clients and suppliers to a corporate day out at our premier show. Corporate Sponsors would receive the option of :-

  • An Advert in the Show Programme & Catalogue (Colour page £360 ½ page £240).
  • An advertisement on the Livestock schedule (B&W page £215 ½ page £90).
  • The opportunity to purchase Corporate Guest Badges @ £35, this would include:-
    *Admission to the Show
*Admission to the Members & Sponsors Enclosure
    *Preferential Car Parking
*Luncheon with tea & coffee all day

Advertising Banners

The displaying of advertising banners around the main ring has been the subject of numerous complaints from spectators. Sitting on the straw bales or at picnic tables the view of the ring events is often obstructed by the banners. We have now identified a number of areas where promotional banners can be attached to the security fence panels.Banners should be delivered to the Secretary’s caravan by noon on Tuesday 14th and will be erected by our staff.
