President’s Reception

We invite our Sponsors to join the President and Chairman for a drink and a bite to eat in the convivial surroundings of the Hospitality Marquee, situated next to the main ring. We appreciate that for many of our sponsors, Showday is a very busy time and this year we have decided to hold this event in mid afternoon, this will allow you to spend as much time as you can afford. It is an opportunity to meet other Sponsors, Show Guests and the organisers whilst taking refreshment and perhaps watching the attractions in the main ring.

Advertising Banners

The displaying of advertising banners around the main ring has been the subject of numerous complaints from spectators. Sitting on the straw bales or at picnic tables the view of the ring events is often obstructed by the banners. We have now identified a number of areas where promotional banners can be attached to the security fence panels. Banners should be delivered to the Secretary’s caravan by noon on Tuesday 19th. and will be erected by our staff.
