Open Stands
Stands are sold in ‘units’ of 3 metres frontage and 7.5metres depth, any number of adjoining units (‘units side by side’) may be booked For larger displays double depth (‘units back to back’) can be booked at the appropriate cost per unit.

Covered Stands
Wessex Arcade & Action Crafts will be housed within a single 80 feet wide marquee. The Food Hall & Cookery Theatre will be in a 40 feet wide traditional marquee. In both of these areas we will be offering stand units 3 metres wide but with a choice of either 2m. or 3m. depths. Extra units may be booked to form a larger stand. Wessex & Action Craft include one 6’x 2’3” wooden table per unit.

Allocation of Tickets & Vehicle Passes - Two tickets will be issued free for the first unit and one ticket for each subsequent unit. Additional tickets may be ordered at a special rate on the Application Form. Vehicle passes for Showday will be strictly limited to one per stand regardless of the number of units.
VAT - The standard rate of VAT must be added to the charge for Trade Stand Sites.
Additional Sales Areas - Farmers Market - Fast Food Catering - Rural Crafts Association.
